Bantam has been chosen as one of five Finalists to present at the Launch Pad event of the Web 2.0 Expo on April 2nd, 2009. It is owned in part by Aperio and managed by the Aperio co-founders. Bantam allows business teams to create secure social workspaces to share information, track activity, and manage contact and company relationships inside and outside the organization. Status updating, auto-posting, following, notifying, messaging, and profile pointing features weave purposefully into business workflows (activities, CRM, events, project management, etc.) for users to become aware and interact with their colleagues and contacts.

In the lab
LifeStats is the place for people and their groups to record, track, compare, and see patterns in everything we do. We conceived of it back in 2003 but we continued working on other ventures, and lo and behold we now see Daytum and now Zealog in the market competing with us onstage at the Web 2.0 expo where we launch Bantam, no less! SmarTraveler
Ancient history: Before we founded Aperio, we created SmarTraveler.com in 1996 (part of SmartRoute Systems) with route-specific traffic information and live video images in the Boston area, with other cities that followed. Westwood One eventually acquired the company.
